We are a youth ministry of a thousand souls, not all of one thousand souls have to been brought to God yet but it will happen. We value prayer, evangelism, discipleship, and supernatural.

At the beginning of our ministry Vladimir (the youth pastor) had this vision of the future of Hungry Generation. After one youth service many years ago, Vladimir was at the edge of giving up, he was at the WinCo parking lot. The Lord spoke to him that if he doesn't give up God will make the youth he will lead like a WinCo store. Here are few comparisons between Church and WinCo store:

• WinCo offers the food people cannot live without. As a church we will start offering the things that people cannot truly live without only then will people flood the church.
• People go to WinCo because they need to not because they are invited. As with the church if we will satisfy their spiritual need they will come not as a result of our invitation but because of their hunger.
• If you want to go shopping at Win Co you can do so anytime because they are open 24/7. As such Hungry Generation will be open 24/7 and free of change to join.
• No one in their right mind goes to WinCo just to go see their nice cashiers. The time is coming when the youth will not go to church to see a preacher, nice music, play games, or to see their friends, but to experience the power of God.
• WinCo contains a Pharmacy that provides cures for what ales you. We have the ultimate healer in the house, Jehovah-Rapha, the one who provides cures for physical and spiritual; diseases.
• The most important door of WinCo is not the front door which is nicely decorated but the back door from which the source of all store's resource comes from. Fasting & interceding is the back door which brings about the blessing that people hunger for.
• The WinCo store can be found in many cities across the United States. Hungry Generation will be reproduced in many other cities.
• WinCo is employee owned. Hungry Generation will not be a one person show, but saints equipped to do the work of the ministry.
• WinCo stands for "Winning Company". The Church will produce overcomers and conquerors not losers and cowards.
